Looking for some local fun activities to do after a long week of hard work in the classroom? The newly opened Escape Room on the Rowan Boulevard provides just that entertainment. Within their 2,700 square foot place lies rooms full of mind challenging and fast-pace brain teasers that give you 60 minutes to solve and escape the room. It’s a hectic, fun and challenging dash as you and up to nine other players work furiously to complete your objective before the time runs out.
The Escape Room South Jersey posted this photo announcing their arrival on the Boulevard. The Jersey Devil Cabin was the first room to be featured at the venue, followed by the opening of Ben Franklin’s Workshop on July 21st. An additional two more rooms will be opened for the school year.
“We are beyond thrilled to bring our second Escape Room South Jersey location to Downtown Glassboro. With four brand new immersive rooms, our attraction on Rowan Boulevard is sure to entertain students, corporate parties and anyone looking to test their brain power with their friends and family,” said Derek Lindeman, one of Escape Room South Jersey’s partners along with fellow Rowan alumni, Anne Lindeman, Chris Borzell, Jake Matthews, and Jesse Hall. Glassboro is a prime location for this new, thrilling type of entertainment for a night out. Imagine hitting the Escape Room with a group of friends before heading to Landmark for Mexi Monday; sounds like an ideal way to kick back and have some fun to me.
The Escape Room South Jersey appeals to a variety of people, whether it’s a group of students going out on the weekend, a family visiting and staying overnight, a sorority or fraternity or any kind of club or organization. The interactive challenge provides a way for team building and bonding.
