Could you describe your short-term professional goals?
“My short-term goal is to work in the auto collision industry, which I have worked in for five years now.” – Trevor DiTullio, a senior from East Greenwich, NJ (Gloucester County)
“I’m planning on graduating this upcoming spring and staying for my master’s in either marketing or finance.” – David Simpson, a senior from Marmora, NJ (Cape May County)
What is your long-term professional dream goal?
“I want to become an account executive at Red Hat.” – Brendan Liebenow, a senior from Pennington, NJ (Mercer County)
“I want to become the head of sales for a company and hopefully continue to thrive in the startup world.” – Joe Rugarber, a junior transfer student from Point Pleasant Beach, NJ (Ocean County)
What internships, clubs, networking, etc. are you involved in and how do they support your goals?
“I currently sell cars at a local Ford dealership, which helps with developing a stronger understanding of how the business industry works.” – Brendan Liebenow
“Networking with other students and professors at Rowan has helped me realize how much I can truly do at the university and the benefits that come with it.” – David Simpson
What Rowan professors or Rowan classes have been most helpful and enlightening to you, and how?
“Professor Milovich for Principles of System Design and Professor Payton for Global Entrepreneurship Growth Strategies. Both of these professors have challenged me as a student in different ways and have opened my eyes to the possibilities that not only myself but all students have at Rowan.” – David Simpson
How will this degree support your dreams and goals?
“This degree will help me develop a stronger understanding of how to effectively and efficiently run a successful business.” – Trevor DiTullio
“My degree will allow me to understand and conduct the foundations of running a business and how to market my product or service that I plan on introducing. This is important for not only running the business alongside my father, but if I ever wanted to go down a different path having my degree to help me find a different job in a similar field of interest is always great.” – David Simpson
