(Weekly Daily Dish) – How to Meal Prep

Cooking most of your meals can be extremely stressful and time-consuming, so meal prepping once a week saves you time and it forces you to eat healthier. Pro-tip: fitting everything onto one pan makes for an easier clean-up!Close-up of food on pan.

 

Ingredients:

  1. 5 chicken breasts
  2. 5-7 medium red potatoes
  3. 2 bundles of asparagus
  4. Olive oil (enough to coat ingredients)
  5. 1 lemon to taste

Plated food.

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Chop potatoes, drizzle olive oil and preferred seasonings on potatoes, and place on pan.
  3. Season chicken and place on pan.
  4. Chop asparagus, drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.
  5. Bake for about 40 min, or until chicken and veggies are fully cooked.
  6. Enjoy!!
